When it’s one laptop the purpose of why I put in an online order is so I could just go in and get it when I’m able and be in and out. Buying my laptop elsewhere now.

Went to purchase an item with a trade and forgot my trade which I know was my fault but they said I could bring it back later and they could just refund the item and give me credit later. Went to do just that today and said they can’t do that and that was the incorrect process. The lady working the counter was very rude and said it’s not her fault and I agree but still the whole process could have been avoided if I wasn’t misled in the first place. I will not go back to this location

It's a shame almost because last I remember best buy was just a sprawling expanse of electronic goodness and stepping in here made me sad. I was still greeted by a friendly face and a few steps in got the overeagerness I always remember them for and was expertly guided to customer service to effortlessly secure my online purchase. Walking around brought on some nostalgia, but you can see the scars left by the online shopping takeover. A+ and five stars just for the unchanged shopping experience!
