  Came in looking for help with trying to transfer photos from a phone with a broken screen to my new phone. Chris took a lot of time to help me. The touch sensors still worked, but the screen wouldnt light up making it impossible to actually do anything on it. So, he took the time to plug my phone into one of the computers so we could see the screen and try to get the smart switch to work. He then helped me get my pictures backed up and went into detail about how the setup he used in the store worked so I could finish the back up process at home. He was a huge help to me in a very stressful situation when I thought I'd lose thousands of pictures. Thank you again Chris!

  The only store I was able to find a replacement screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra, they have a vast variety of tech to suit your needs, and the staff seem pretty well informed and ready to help you find what you are looking for.

  I purchased apple Home pod and other items and it work so well I wanted to expand it throughout my home I needed to ask a question but you can’t speak with anyone except an AI that is garbage then when I finally spoke with someone it transferred my to some way away place and they couldn’t help said I need to speak with the Johnson City store which no one can speak. So I’m packing this great system up and getting my money back and going with another company that actually wants to make the sales. I am now so happy I didn’t purchase my new entertainment system with this home pod. YOUR AI SUCKS !!!!!! You are a technology company that can’t control the technology. Very sad. My advice is don’t go to Best Buy but does make me understand the very few customers in the store. Bad service took down United Telephone, Direct TV , sears and many more.

  Needed a new iPad bc my old one wasn’t working correctly. Brendan, Molly and Isaac were fantastic and helped me pick out the best one for me for what I needed, helped me determine the value of my old one to trade in, and helped me set up my new one to transfer from my old one to my new one. Thank you so so much for all your help.

  No service. I've visited this store 3 times. i was looking for a tablet the first time; had to make 2 visits before someone would wait on me. Today I needed to buy at TV. The only associate that was working in that area was playing games on her phone. I went up front and asked for help. After waiting for about 15 minutes I left. Whats up with you guys? This used to be an efficient business where you could get knowledgeable help and people willing to wait on you.
