- DLDavid LJun 29, 20251.0Was sent here by apple care to get my iPhone fixed. The phone was shutting down, restarting uncontrollably and the back was cracked. The line to talk to the employees was chaotic, couldn’t tell if there even was a line or it was people who had already been seen but were waiting for their device. After 10 minutes they finally acknowledged I was there just to immediately tell me they “couldn’t “ fix my phone, then changed it to “ well we can fix it but it will take 3-7 business days” . I was not a walk in, I scheduled an appointment the night before with apple care and clearly described the issues my phone had. I think the employees just simply didn’t feel like working on my phone. If they have employees like this that aren’t capable of doing their jobs apple care shouldn’t have them as an option. Would not recommend letting them work on ANY device!! Would recommend going to an Apple Store
