  A male manager was very rude with my wife today the Store wasn’t busy, but he kept telling everyone to go up front to get in the queue to get some help and the people that did that waited 30+ minutes for service and when talking to the manager, he even rolled his eyes. Like , it was a huge inconvenience to offer his help to a paying customer . A short brown haired white guy with a bad attitude very rude customer service today will not be back to this store

  Just pitiful. Do not fall for the Best Buy/Citibank card because it's a scam. I've spent around 2.5k in 2025 with Best Buy, but my latest purchase, 10/07/25 has me furious. I walked out of the store thinking I had a zero balance and I get a call from Citibank's collection department from someone I could barely understand saying I owed $324+ in late fees and balances. I literally bought a desktop with a Best Buy "Citibank" card and immediately paid it off with my debit card- just to get the in-store credit. I used the in-store credit to purchase a webcam on 10/31/25. Didn't cost a penny because I had the in-store credit- thought I had a positive balance on the card. In December Citibank starts hounding me about a balance and late fee. There was a language barrier (surprise) and I ended the call by saying I would go to the Jackson, TN store and get with Customer Service. They tried- and understood my dilemma, but we couldn't get it resolved before closing time. I don't know if I'm more upset with Citibank or Best Buy, but I'll never do business with either of them again. Anyone that screws up a simple transaction like this doesn't deserve my business. I checked and I do not have another Citibank card in my wallet. Big banks prey on us screw'm all.

  Put my name on the cue, waited 30 mins, went back to the front and they tell me they deleted my name but to give them a little bit and someone would be with me. Never got spoke to, so I left.

  Forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong, but Kiana at the order pick up today was extremely helpful polite upbeat thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her!Give HER A RAISE! lol seriously I work in retail as well and during the holidays it’s a nightmare when everyone is so high strung ! She was amazing and solved an issue and got us what we needed asap! Thankyou Kiana!
