    I ordered a washer on 10/26 and I never received it. Come to find out they sold me a washer that they didn't have. I wasted a month waiting on it and getting the run around about it before I was refunded and all they did for me was tell me they was goin to mail me a 50 gift card but that was after I went to the store and bought another washer. So customer service sucks and I don't feel like that want to make their customers happy.

    I used to love Best Buy. But I went into this store and walked the entire store with no one helping me. On my way out a young man asked how my visit went. I told him disappointed. He then asked me what I needed. I said a CD player for the car that was blue tooth. He didn't know what that was. He said what kind of CD are you wanting to play. I said music. He said I don't think we have anything like that here. I myself haven't messed with CDs since I was a kid. So I said okay thanks anyway and I left. Very disappointed with this store.

    DO NOT call and think you will be talking to staff at the Jackson location because you will not!!!! Your call will be redirected to a call center where English is not spoken well at all!!!! I had to purchase an item twice and my installation appointment was either cancelled or never scheduled. All because of the staff at the call center trying to work quick and neither of us were really able to understand one another. Best Buy you have got to come up with a better solution because this is ridiculous!!!! Everyone doesn’t have social media and I’m one of them. So no I will not be reaching out to you through social media!!!! I’ve called the local store plenty of times and never get the location!!!! The call is always redirected so it seems as if that’s how it’s set up. I will speak to management about these issues when I go into the store next week. I was told my appointment would be this coming week but the appointment was never made so therefore I had to call back for another appointment. It’s not a problem when it comes to me prepaying for my items but once my items are paid for then come issues!!!! You’re rushed off the phone after they see that your invoice is complete, knowing they have not made your appointment. They just tell you anything to get you off the phone then you have to call back and stay on hold for over 15 minutes. Poor customer service and bad business Best Buy Owner!!!!!!

    I went to the geek squad to help Apple phone issue the man working there was very rude. He was belligerently talking to management slamming his computer. I mean looks like he’s stuck in the 80 ‘s with his dirty clothes and haircut. I couldn’t not believe the level of unprofessionalism. Not sure why this person is customer service if he has this disgusting attitude. Do not come here for service. They don’t know how to treat customers

    The store is fantastic and all the staff seemed very nice and several offered to help us find anything we needed. Displays were all working fine and we had a fun time window shopping. However, as you can probably tell from the photos, I paid a visit to the restroom while I was there. The restroom itself was fine (shout out for the changing table in the men's room), but it's gotta be some kind of crime to have a gap big enough for my thumb to fit through on either side of the stall door. I've seen bad, this was horrendous and easily took the cake. I'm lucky I was the only one in the bathroom the whole time. To top it off, the toilet paper was quite literally see-through. Not my first time dealing with this, but the combo of the 2 just made me feel like my concerns in a bathroom being sold out for the cheapest option somebody could find. While I know this is probably an HQ decision, I'd like you to know that the gap at this place is so big on either side that both of the received stars are for how impressively kind the staff seemed to be. Bathroom privacy is not something the price gauging is going towards.
