  This one star review is not necessarily for the location in Hixson but for the Geek Squad scheduling center. When I called to make the appointment I was asked the model of the printer and the issue. They knew a part needed to be replaced and they proceeded to schedule me. After dropping off a big a** heavy printer at the location, it took them literally seconds to see what the issue was and tell me: We Can’t fix that. We don’t have parts here. The part needs to be purchased by you through the manufacture and if you want, we can replace it if you bring it.” They didn’t know that they don’t have parts? Yes they sure did, so why didn’t they tell me that before hand and save me the trip? Terrrible service. I’ll definitely be taking the printer somewhere else for repair for sure. No doubt.

  Took my iPhone 7plus to Geek Squad today because it wouldn’t receive calls. Isaac was super patient, kind and professional. Fortunately for me my iPhone had a defect and was 100% completely replaced. Isaac couldn’t have been more friendly and understanding during the entire 1 hour process of installing my new phone.

  Went to geek squad and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I had called the day before and had been quoted the wrong price, so they honored it. Then when I came in they said my order would take a day but I had work the next 5 days and wouldn't be able to come in. They ended up expediting it and getting it done in just an hour! Amazing amazing experience, would definitely recommend to anyone

  My favorite geeks whether for the computer or the media system. Knowledgeable, honest, and on-line available 24/7. They've solved a ton of problems for me.
