Now, I have a bill for 166 dollars. Do you consider this right? is it ethical? if they know I am not longer a customer why the did not cancel all the phone lines...

Welll, it didn’t. They stated she would need to pay 800because she owed that on her phone, which she was originally told was free. Ha… nope… only free if you’ve had it for a certain number of years. So she could add a line for 300. She was very upset. Went to her car and decided to go back in and ask to call customer service. She was so upset she was tearing up. The manager on duty at 1:00 today said I see you are upset because she had tears. In her eyes.. so they said maybe they needed to have police escort her out. She stated she didn’t say anything. She just said nevermind and left. Went home and called technical service my dad’s home line. Found out her phone is under warranty because it’s a year old and she will have a new phone delivered tomorrow. She asked why they didn’t tell her that. They stated that they get commission and wanted to sell her a phone.
