    I have been in a 2 month battle with Verizon that began with a simple trade in promo deal at the local store in Tuscaloosa, AL. Since that time, have spent 6+ hours on phone with offshore support trying to resolve as a Verizon issue on the trade in phone was preventing the promotion from being applied. Nobody could or would help, the problem wouldn't go away, and or claim responsibility for an issue that was entirely of Verizon's doing. Finally, out of desperation, I went into this branch where I reside and asked to speak to Tim, the store manager. After explaining the months long odyssey, he jumped into action. Not only did he engage with Verizon, he followed up with me several days later as he promised and was able to work with overseas support to finally resolve the issue and reinstate our promo, which was worth $800. In a large corporate world that is Verizon, reminder there are those who want and can help and appreciate Tim's dedication to helping resolve a matter he had nothing to do with from the start.

    About as good as you would expect. Tried to drop off equipment but you have to sign in for service. Already ported my main number elsewhere so it's not attached to my account. IE I'm not able to "sign in". Didn't approach worker as didn't want to jump the line of signed in waiting people. Note: tried online as well with basically the same result. Guess I'll wait till they contact me wanting the Equipment back. Update: I received the response shown and quickly followed the link and provided all requested information. It has been 2 weeks I have heard nothing but crickets. My original review stands.

    Do not go here ! They will tell you that your phone will be $ 145 a month then when you get your bill it will be $230 a month! Once you sign the contract you got 30 days !! So once you go back to the same place you purchased your phone your left calling customer support to get it changed !! Customer support will take care of you!! Not the Verizion store they will over charge you !!! My phone bill is know $94 dollars a month that’s a $136 dollar difference a month !! This was business account also

    Very unhelpful group of people walked in today to attempt to spend money and buy a screen protector for my new phone was told that I had to sign in. When I explained all I wanted to do was buy an accessory. I was told you still have to sign in sorry I’m not waiting 30 minutes to spend guaranteed money. Verizon wireless at this point is too big to fail and the female sales person that I dealt with was extremely Rude. Do yourself a favor find a different location to the Shop at You’ll get better health, especially the second time.
