  They don’t even deserve one star. They deserve zero stars. This location should be shut down immediately. All they’re doing is wasting peoples time, money, energy, and gas. And all you get in return is and I’m sorry and you’re supposed to swallow that and walk out the door. I had a 3 PM appointment for my phone repair. When I couldn’t remember my Apple ID and expressed to the support agent that I want to go get my laptop out of my car so I could do my pass key. He gave me a hard time and told me just to come back tomorrow. I already drove an hour out of my way and took off of work for this appointment. So I told him no I’m going to go get my laptop and I’m going to sign into my phone. When I came back inside after unlocking and turning off the Find My iPhone as he requested, which only took me a total of maybe three minutes, he was already gone and left for the day at that time it was 3:30pm. I was then told by the other support agent that they actually wouldn’t be able to fix my phone today because the lady who fixed his phone was also going to go home. So that I would just have to come back tomorrow. There’s snow in the forecast, and when I also expressed concern about the weather, wasting my time to drive out again, and taking off work and was wasting my gas I was told that it’s going to be 50° and I shouldn’t worry about the weather. What a joke.

  I was referred here. I was lucky because I was able to get serviced without an appointment. Chris and Stewart were so friendly. I love how Chris was honest about the outcomes; however, the worst outcome came true. Stewart followed up on the situation. My experience was pleasant.
