  It is a nice electronics store. Sometimes has a limited selection of products that you are looking for, but always neat and clean and well organized. Knowledgeable representatives there to help.

  Customer service was wonderful at the store. The problem occurred with the order they placed at the store. Online chat identified the problem being on their end. But couldn't fix. Suggested i should go into the store. I quickly remembered why I dont shop at best buy.

  Highland, indiana store. Horribile! Not enough people working there abd the one who couldn't help me acted sleepy and that I was bothering him. I could only understand not half of what he said and he did not say much. It was extremely loud so this made it harder to hear him. The tv section was so loud I couldn't read. Why couldn't they turn it back down once the potential customer heard it?? No it stayed blasting. The lazy guy in the streaming device section was no help to me. I had to keep saying excuse me are you saying yes or no? It was ridiculas! Now I have the wrong thing and stuck with it paying 80 dollars. I once went there and spent over three thousand dollars. Back then they had workers who could help so it resulted in spending alot. I hope Best buy tests these people. On their knowledge and attitude before hiring them. They decide to choose who they want to wait on or help instead of whobis next in line. I waited a very long time and a man came in and just got Mr lazy to help him and was there over 45 more minutes. Not right not fair. I tried to get his name to report him but I couldn't or he couldn't even help with that. I saw workers walking around but said don't work in this dept or would point to someone else and one said I'll get some to help you. Walked off smiling doing nothing. I hope management starts viewing their employees because they got paid for just showing up surely not helping. I saw other potential customers looking around for someone to help them too. Go somewhere else folks! You'll get no information nor help in this store but a headache. No consideration. Sad.
