    Two stars for horrible customer service and local delivery. No communication from the store on why my order was cancelled. No follow up on my refund. Crickets. I had to spend time on hold waiting for two companies to tell me they didn’t know what happened. I can’t trust Best Buy anymore.

    Much bigger than what used to be in Madison,TN, however, anything that you purchase for your vehicle cannot be installed at the Hendersonville location. They do not have any vehicle work bay. To get something installed in your vehicle you must go to either the Mt Juliet or West Nashville location which is ridiculous.

    Stick to online unless you want to wait around for 20 minutes. When someone finally came up to me, instead of helping me or ask if I had any questions, they just sent me up to customer service so they could put their energy into reprimanded the employees for not helping customers fast enough. whole experience was horrible - it’s a shame the one in rivergate that was closer to me closed down. Hopefully they get it together over here.

    My wife and I stopped by today for an iPad. Our salesman, Noah, was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations for an iPad and keyboard case. He was very courteous and respectful even showing me some new features on the iPad. I highly recommend this BestBuy (Hendersonville, TN) and look for Noah when you go.
