I was offered an iPhone 11 n I took it, turns out the SIM card carrier was missing n eSIM was my only option, turns out the phone didnt work in eSIM, the employee Nora, who’s was really helpful n patient with me had to stay overtime cause of me but she stay true to her word on helping me a phone out that same day, if my luck wasnt so distorted, i would’ve ask Nora out for drinks
