- MHMary HotardDec 24, 20251.0I was told by the manager at the AT&T store that did not have the phone I wanted to go to this store because they were an AT&T authorized agent. And, the process would be exactly the same. I waited patiently and explained exactly what I was there for… an upgrade for my son’s phone and I wanted to take advantage of the promotion on the phone. I also said up front that I did not have my son’s phone to trade in. They would not do it! And waited to tell me this when it was time to pay. So no gift for my son for Xmas. The APPLE Store and Ryan the sales rep had the phone. I guess there wasn’t any commission opportunity for Ryan ! But, would not honor the upgrade promotion. Went back to order the phone and was told that they do this all the time. As a retired AT&t exec, I am very disappointed and angry. Apple needs to get their story straight!

Does nobody check these comments? I see they're not doing anything to improve customer service. We went to buy a phone and waited half an hour for someone to come and ask us what we needed, and then this person told us we had to wait for someone from sales to help us. What a terrible experience!
