  Ryan was fantastic but very disappointed in store’s management. I had an appointment and was being expertly helped by Ryan and management pushed another customer on him while he was helping me. In my opinion, my appointment went at least 15 minutes longer due to this. Also, I was standing all this extra time while he helped another couple. I have major lower back trouble and would have gotten a chair had I realized. I tried to complain/ actually let the manager know and in my opinion, manager was so completely clueless all he said was “ thanks for your patience.” Clueless. In my opinion, service in this store has plummeted. If some one is giving you, $900, use common sense.

  Less than glowing review for Apple Store in Cool Springs Mall in Franklin Tn, This is not the first time we had a bad experience here but it IS the closest to our house and I thought my question was to the point and should be easily explained. Instead, I left with seven of my apps. removed and told "just re-download them when you get home". Problem is... I can't donwload them now and my iPad and Mac are useless! Really disgusted!

  Made an appointment to get my air pods serviced cause there’s an issue. Waited for 45 minutes before I was seen just to be told it would be another 20-40 minutes for a technician to look at them. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Very bad service since we entered the store, they did not want to serve us we asked two guys one curly black hair and one white and the two simply said "give me a moment" and they never went, it took 2 hours waiting and they simply attended to other people who arrived later than us, really a very bad experience, they should hire people who do want to work and not people who make bad faces to the customers from the moment they enter...

  The people in their looked at us like we were bums because we were in our work uniform. There was like 4 people standing around but nobody seemed interested to help us cause the way we looked but they was looking stupid when we bought our phones straight out lol! The sales person who ended up helping us was great even though we stood there for 20 mins before anyone would help us. I felt so judged they just looked at us. I asked the guy to help us and he said he was helping someone else. The whole time he never did help anyone he just didn’t want to help us lol!
