- JLJennifer LakersAug 2, 20211.0I called asking about if they can help my elderly parents fix their iPhones, iPads, and Mac book as they were not getting emails, as they were hacked and someone also took over their FB. They told me there is a service for $200 a year that they can assist with all that and you can go in store, by phone, or remotely. I confirmed that that it was for household and for all devices. So my parents made appt and went into the store.. When they got there, they said they could only work on one item (Ipad) and were inevitably unable to fix the problem. My parents left more frustrated then ever.

I did have an appointment and I had prompt service with no wait. They were able to get my laptop up and running again in a short amount of time. This was a very pleasant experience in a moment of crisis and I would highly recommend Geek Squad at Parkside!
