I Went on Black Friday for an early bird sale, the staff were polite (offered fresh hot coffee to everyone). It was well managed despite being understaffed at the time, and the salepeople were very patient and knowledgeable about a variety of questions. (Some shoppers were clueless when it comes to electronics and asked many redundant questions.) The prices were on par with WalMart or a few bucks higher but it was worth the few extra dollars to deal with salespeople who you felt, wanted to help you and you could see it in their actions that they were willing to go the extra mile to help out customers. The store was very tidy and clean, even though some people just threw their trash on the floor. The overall experience I had, on a Black Friday no less, was stellar. If I am looking for a great Black Friday deal next season and want to deal with knowledgeable, courteous and friendly salespeople it is definitely worth stopping by, even waiting in line (in the cold) or driving past Walmart, to go to Best Buy. I have always recommended Best Buy to my friends who were looking for good electronics of various brands and prices. Being treated like a valued customer leaves a lasting impression.
