I had visited a different Verizon store, this store handed me a phone number to call and sent me on my way… I did everything I was instructed to do by this store in my two hour phone call …. but they did not follow thru and the situation was not rectified … John R. , upon arrival to the Eliz store was very patient to listen to my concerns and the issue at hand….He then began to work to help me rectify the situation… to help ease my mind.. I was give a time to return to the store to reassure me that the situation was being handled… His willingness to help with this situation meant a great deal to me…. I was very frustrated when I arrived but left much calmer!! Thank you!

Upon walking in we were greeted by a young man who did not introduce himself and directed us to another associate. Again this associate did not greet us, although I did manage to obtain his name Caleb. Caleb inquired as to what we were looking for, I explained to him that we wanted to upgrade my husband’s phone. As I explained to him what the online offer was, I wanted to make sure that it was not exclusively for an online order/upgrade only. After explaining everything to him he put the information into his computer and stated that he could not see what I was talking about. Yet I had it pulled up on my phone. His attitude was dismissive as if we did not matter as a customer. We got up and left, from there we drove to the Johnson City Corporate store (on Fitness Drive). Where they took excellent care of my husband he received his new phone. We will never go back to the Elizabethton store seeing how we were treated poorly.

I can honestly say it he wasn’t just be nice for the commission because I was stuck between the IPhone and android. I told him what I was wanting in a phone and he suggested the android (which was free) but I ended up getting the iPhone (which is 33 extra on my bill each month). He helped me with the set up and everything. Really great guy to work with and very knowledgeable on the plans and everything.
