Upon walking in we were greeted by a young man who did not introduce himself and directed us to another associate. Again this associate did not greet us, although I did manage to obtain his name Caleb. Caleb inquired as to what we were looking for, I explained to him that we wanted to upgrade my husband’s phone. As I explained to him what the online offer was, I wanted to make sure that it was not exclusively for an online order/upgrade only. After explaining everything to him he put the information into his computer and stated that he could not see what I was talking about. Yet I had it pulled up on my phone. His attitude was dismissive as if we did not matter as a customer. We got up and left, from there we drove to the Johnson City Corporate store (on Fitness Drive). Where they took excellent care of my husband he received his new phone. We will never go back to the Elizabethton store seeing how we were treated poorly.
