This store had the worst customer service I have ever seen. When we walked in the store was full and man asked my husband what his phone number was and he gave it to him. Then he wanted to know our home address, which I said no because you’re standing in the middle of the store I don’t like to give out my personal information like that. He said fine. I’ll take you out of the queue and you’re just gonna have to wait longer. And when I said that was not acceptable, he could’ve asked for a drivers license to show him that would’ve verified our address my husband’s name the fact that we’ve had an account with Verizon for 10 years but no, I said never I will go to another Verizon store and as I was walking out of the store, he says, “well you could come and whisper it in my ear”. That was so rude and very demeaning and embarrassing for him to say, especially I’m a 75-year-old woman. But I did go to a Verizon store in Cookeville Tennessee. They were wonderful. They were very kind. They understood My issue so my husband purchased his new iPhone from them. And there at the store they didn’t want our phone number blared out to everybody or our home address. The young lady I believe her name was Sarah just asked for my husband‘s ID and we were sitting at a counter we weren’t standing in the middle of the store with amongst everybody so I highly recommend the Cookeville Verizon. And then come to find out the man that was so rude and demeaning in the Crossville store was their store manager, Kevin.. Kevin needs to go to some kind of PR training because he sure isn’t doing Verizon any good in the store he’s in.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't like ppl thinking they r higher up then others. I got a new phone was told to go in to Verizon to move my esim over. I always been a manager on mine and my husband account but for some reason I was removed and didn't now until I walked in and talked to a red head big boy wish I got the name but he's one of the kind. Trying to make a customer feel unwanted. Ppl going to have good and bad days especially when they just got off work but as a sells/customer service rep u need to be able to help no matter what. He said I wasn't on the account and said nothing to do instead of saying hey call ur husband and have him put u back on the account so I can help but no he turned me down. I do appreciate Josh for helping me and getting me phone up and running he nows how customer service works
