Walked in to see Mark (I remembered him from literally my first Verizon experience in 2002) and he instantly jumped into action to get me fixed and did so with a great attitude and was the sweetest human. Was really peeved at myself for whatever I did And was angry about having to drive to Wolfchase the Saturday after Christmas but I’m so glad God set me up see this man. He is amazing and if you go to Verizon you’d better say hi to him! (Also, if you are his boss and he’s reading this he deserves a raise!)
