  If I could give 0 ZEROS I would!!! This guy was the only person working & no one was in the store. My device has an issue that it has had several times before. Each time I went to the S. Perkins location and they helped me within 5mins. The guy located at 1649 Germantown Pkwy. was a complete AIRHEHAD and EXTREMELY RUDE because I called him out on what needed to be done, as it had been resolved, as I mentioned, previously. I even asked if he could contact the other store and he refused. This location either needs to be shut down or hire staff that knows how to help customers that have been with Cricket over a decade. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN & I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GOES THERE EITHER!!! What started as a good weekend was turned completely around to making me A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER THAT WILL PROPBABLY NEVER SHOP WITH CRICKET AGAIN, SWITCH SERVICES ASAP, & NEVER RECCOMNEND CRICKET TO ANYONE ELSE......ESPECIALLY IF THIS GUY IS REPRESENTATION OF CRICKET WIRELESS AS A COMPANY. NOW CRICKET RESPONDS W/ A GENERIC AUTOMATED RESPONSE!!!! BUT DOESN'T ALLOW A RESPONSE TO IT..... From reading further into this location's reviews, this store seems to be EXTREMELY RACIST. Every review by a person of color that doesn't work there has had a horrible experience. (THAT SHOULD TELL CRICKET TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN) I even called customer service, who had no clue what to do, AND they told me cricket doesn't have a tech dept anymore only Insurance, Warranties, & Customer Service. After dealing with this HORRIBLE, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL location and Cricket Customer Service, I reached out to the only location that seems to know their services, job description, & how to help a customer. Thank you to the new trainee at the S. Perkins (Memphis, TN) location who helped me (OVER THE PHONE BY THE WAY) in less the 5mins

  Cricket in Cordova, TN on Germantown Parkway is always very professional and courteous. I love the staff especially the store manager.
