Was sent to another place to have them do it. Went in at 9:30 a.m. was told come back in an hour. Did and then told to come back in 2. Ended up making multiple trips. This is when I realized they just sell phones and can’t service them. Not very apologetic. Won’t be back there to your store. Will go to another Verizon store out of town.

My phone’s touch screen would not respond, and when I did manage to open it, the keyboard would activate without me touching it - even after I tried updating the iOS. Desperate, I went to the “corporate” Verizon store, but they were out of iPhones so I was directed to the store located at 717 South Jefferson. There, I was greeted by an associate named Jacob Pearson who went above and beyond in helping me! He had a phone in stock, and then he took the time to help me back up my broken phone onto the new phone. He even helped apply protective glass and got me a new case. By the way, he is the only one who has ever got that protective glass covering on for me without leaving a bubble! Finally, he spent considerable time getting me the best deal. I am SO grateful for his help! 717 South Jefferson is the location you want if you are in dire straits. Ask for Jacob - he is awesome! Thanks, bro!
