    I am overall happy with the service I received. A lot of questions were answered. But now my device is only 128gb. I wasn't told in the store that it was 128. When transferring all my apps, images, data, etc. my phone was having problems transferring. Now I'm having to backup photos, clean off my current device, jump through hoops basically. Again, the service was good. But I wish this would have been explained to me so that I could have acquired a phone with more storage. Now I'm stuck with this one for a long time. This will be a pretty constant issue for me with everything I use my phone for. It will be a recurring issue for the foreseeable future.
