I ask if my wife could go on an account of her own because i was going to move to another carrier and this so called manager said they could not do that at the store which is a corporate store again customer service said that was not true that corporate stores eere alk capable of opening a account. What a joke he is lol. What is the store there for if not for people to start new accounts with Verizon. After reading the other comments about this store snd this joke if a manager i dint understand why he still has his job. Dint take my word about him and this store read the comments. Very uninterested in helping anyone , unwilling to listen to your concerns or complaints very quick to tell you he is the manager. Lol what a big JOKE!!!!
