She didn’t have the time of day for me, rude, didn’t care. She said I wasn’t eligible for any of the offers since I was on the 55+ plan. She was snatching papers and items around and said I’ll print the other plans out for you. As she shoved them towards me I ask about a case for my old phone. She dug through the drawer and again was snatching stuff around. I said you know I’m good and walked out. If she wanted to keep me as a customer shouldn’t she have explained the plan I needed, possible discounts at least try to sell me a phone? So I sulked a day and then went to Verizon in Spring Hill, oh what a difference! I told the young man my experience and he apologized for them then told me what plan I would need, what improvements came with it, the promotions, everything. Now that young man wanted to keep me as a Verizon customer. Don’t go to Columbia but do go to Spring Hill.
