I won’t go back to this store again! This week I went in to get a new phone and was helped by a woman about my age(older). She didn’t have the time of day for me, rude, didn’t care. She said I wasn’t eligible for any of the offers since I was on the 55+ plan. She was snatching papers and items around and said I’ll print the other plans out for you. As she shoved them towards me I ask about a case for my old phone. She dug through the drawer and again was snatching stuff around. I said you know I’m good and walked out. If she wanted to keep me as a customer shouldn’t she have explained the plan I needed, possible discounts at least try to sell me a phone? So I sulked a day and then went to Verizon in Spring Hill, oh what a difference! I told the young man my experience and he apologized for them then told me what plan I would need, what improvements came with it, the promotions, everything. Now that young man wanted to keep me as a Verizon customer. Don’t go to Columbia but do go to Spring Hill.

Do not visit this store or expect any help from their employees. I have been a customer with Verizon since 2007 and will be changing carriers strictly on how they have treated my 71 yr old father. Every encounter at this store has been chaotic. Specially with Nate Mike then Trevor.. seems like this store is run by children. They love to not offer assistance and shift blame. Would have been great had they just explained the process on how to end service from the first point of contact. Instead of us getting surprise bills for a phone we don’t have. Giving instructions instead it’s easier for these grown men to say “sorry not my problem”. I literally called to say… hey this has been a huge misunderstanding and were frustrated with how you all have not offered proper guidance on how to get out his contract and wanted to apologize for my frustration and a I was HUNG UP ON. In what universe is this ok? This is your literal only job is to offer assistance and help. I will be reaching out to their regional manager Brianna and will absolutely get this taken care of. But it is insane that you would get actually HUNG UP ON. You little boys need to get over yourselves and learn the customer is the reason you have a job and act accordingly.

Came in to the store to upgrade 1 phone and change its phone number. We already knew what phone we wanted so we thought this will be fast and simple. The representative we had (Dakota) told us there was a bring your own phone promo so he added a new line to the old phone and said it was free, which is false. We were instructed to leave the line on the plan for however many months and then we could remove. Dakota made us purchase Verizon insurance and gave us a spill about another costumer breaking their phone just after leaving the store. He told us it was required and when we pushed back on it, he went and talked to someone and got an activation fee waived if we kept it. When I got my bill, I noticed a lot of things to be untrue. The “free phone” in fact is not free and costs $12 per month. I had to get the activation fee waived. Verizon support removed the insurance and told me that it’s not required. Verizon support themselves said that the added line and insurance was to make his stats better for bonuses. I’m very upset with this Verizon location. This is very deceitful tactic. Do not go in store, go online and save yourself the headache
