They don’t know what they’re doing , A lot of things were wrongly done and Very rude . I do not recommend them at all. Specially the manager is the worst person ever Very unprofessional, she refers to customer like she is superior from others and talks about Spanish speaking customer in English so they won’t understand that she is taking bad about them . What kind of manager does that. No wonder why the employees treat customers Iike that .

- FCFCourtney CDec 21, 20202.0When you're trying to find out when your bill is due and you call the store directly they say that they cannot verify who you are unless you come into the store and that you would have to call customer service well the people that customer service can't see me in person but yet it's safer and they can verify who I am why can't the Cricket store itself do the same thing that customer service has to do verified by PIN numbers and name
