Instead of helping, he started arguing with me about my bill and told me I had to pay $280 upfront for taxes. I explained that the taxes should only be around $120, but he wouldn’t clearly show me the breakdown or provide anything in writing. It felt very unprofessional and misleading. We ended up going to the main Verizon store in Cleveland, and they took great care of us and handled everything properly. I highly recommend skipping this location and going straight to the main store in Cleveland.

Wanted to sit there and argue with me instead of help when the ones on gunbarrel or in ooltewah would be more then willing to help to look at phone and go through account to look what was going on, Russel was the worst associate I have ever delt with and will never be back at this location the issue with ppl now days is they don’t care and are lazy to the point they can’t even hold a conversation. Yall need more people end of story!!! I’m so so mad bc I was going in there to fix my Apple Watch to but couldn’t get even a nice conversation out of Russel not a hi how are you just watched us walk through the door and go to the desk and when I asked one question he got an attitude and was being rude, I’ll make sure to let others about this individual and this Verizon!
