She took great care of us, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend coming to this location. The staff here is friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I would definitely suggest skipping the smaller location in Cleveland next to Walmart — our experience there was not good at all. If you want great service, come here and ask for Chelsea.

I had to go into the store this morning to have help with setting up a new phone. The manager his name is Drew. He is an amazing and very polite, and helpful gentleman. If you have to go into the store ask for Drew!! Verizon please know Drew is an asset to your business!
