After Kendra hung up on me, Carlos Loya swooped in and saved the day. Upon ordering two iPhones at the store location on September 29th via Noah Ridenour, we showed up to the store after our phones were delivered, with hopes of picking them up and going on about our day. Unfortunately, not only was Noah not available, but he detailed a note on my order that only he would handle my order & for NO ASSOCIATE to process it. Carlos kindly got a hold of Noah, who then explained that there was something going on with our account and he wouldn’t be able to assist us with our phones until the following Wednesday. We ordered our phones on the 29th so waiting another week with a little explanation was unacceptable. Later that day I called the store location to see if there was something that could be done to and Kendra answered the phone. I explained my situation and frustrations with her and her response was “ so what are you asking me to do?” Feeling that she wasn’t going to be of any assistance I then asked for contact information for either her supervisor or her manager to wear, she expressed she was unable to give me any contact information over the phone. I then asked for corporate’s number and her response was “ You can look it up on Google”. I asked “So you’re just going to allow a dissatisfied customer to go on their merry way?” Her response was basically there’s nothing she can do and she hung up on me. At this point, I’m highly irate and feel completely disrespected. So… I head to the location where I learn Kendra has left. I explain everything that has transpired to Carlos and he contacts Noah to inform him of what’s going on. Noah explains “I’m currently working with other customers”, and that’s that. At this point, I’m telling Carlos to cancel the entire order and I’ll proceed with him because of his elite customer service and his willingness to go out of his way to assist me. By the end of the day, Carlos had done what Kendra refused to do and I have my order! Carlos and Verizon, if you’re seeing this, thank you for going above and beyond for my family out of the kindness of your heart. I appreciate you doing what you could and because of that, I was able to receive my order. Kendra, you need to work on your customer service skills as well as understanding how to de-escalate a situation instead of escalating it. Your actions today were piss poor and I wish no customers to ever walk in your path. Thank you once again, Carlos Loya! Many blessings to you and your family!

Kay Marshall from Mall today was extremely helpful for me. I stopped by the store because the signal doesn't work well next to my home. I have been to 3 stores and he was the only one to be transparent about what is going on. Now my husband and I are very satisfied.
