  Carlos was very helpful and he was able to give me a good deal not only on the phone I was upgrading to but the plan I was on. I now have a brand new iPhone with no phone payment and I'm saving almost $100 dollars. Also, do I mention I was in the store for only an hour which is the shortest amount of time I have been in store when upgrading or adding a device. Kudos to Carlos!

  Massive thanks to Carlos for the attentive and patient help he provided! I was in the store for almost three hours and the entire time he was kind and helpful. The entire staff was friendly, funny, and made the biggest difference in my experience. They made a frustrating experience tolerable!

  I'm updating my review because everyone has been super helpful fixing my issues. So, I'm still upset that the original issue happened, but I'm gonna need to fix my attitude on that one on my own because the office took my phone back and hooked my old phone back up (which I totally accept was a pain to do), and everyone was super nice about it. So, I'm bumping the stars up to 4 because I don't have to like what happened, but since they fixed it, my attitude about the issue is mine to fix now. ********** 1 star Never, never, never order a phone from this office unless you want to be held hostage because they force you to have customer service transfer phones for you and then they charge you $40 for the unwanted service. I've been with Verizon for 15 years and my experience this week was so horrible I'm taking my phone back and leaving Verizon for any other company. I can't get away from Verizon fast enough. If this policy was known to everyone else, then I guess I'm the dummy, but I learn quick and I will never be a Verizon customer again.

  My experience at this Verizon was great! Carlos was Amazing and gave me great advice and was extremely helpful! Will def go there every time I get a phone or tablet!
