We have met many Verizon representatives over the years, but primarily dealt with one manager until he retired a couple of years ago. We were so concerned about finding someone that would take care of us and have the broad knowledge of cell phones and the ins and outs of Verizon’s business. I must say we have been blessed beyond measure to find UNIQUE HALEY at the Verizon store on Madison Street in Clarksville, TN. He is extremely knowledgeable and an absolutely amazing young man. Traded in a phone a couple weeks ago and got $730 for it. Went to trade in the exact model and now they only want to give me $147. I don’t care what their excuse is if you can change a price in the amount you give someone for the exact same model phone within a couple weeks you don’t care about your customers your just about scamming them for money!
