They make you wait for hours, come up with all these technical issues while you suffer waiting only to try to upsell you for more money. And they lie and say the changes are not helping them. Lies. I called Verizon and they let me know what they were doing. Kelcy’s tone was RUDE and Nasty - not helpful at all. Logan wasted my time giving me the run around. And Kyle tried to upsell me the next day to a higher plan and lied and said they didn’t benefit from it. They ended up in my account multiple times and ended up with my Verizon pin. How many people have they done this to? I wasted over of 3 hours. Don’t do it. Call Verizon directly and get your equipment direct.
