  Went to this location after being discriminated towards went into the place I was asked for my id then asked for my account approval and then asked to remove my mask with a room full of people so at this point Verizon is going to lose me as a customer they treat people like trash at this location the Paducah Kentucky location isn’t any better same treatment.

  Logan & Ramón were the best. Logan was with us for quite a while, & had great rapport. He was super helpful & knowledgeable, as was Ramón the day before, but he had other customers that overlapped our appointment when we came back. Ramón got is great Internet, cheaper than what we were paying. Logan pulled out all the stops, got us deals, helped us set up, & actually lowered our bill. The 1st time I've ever gone in a phone service place & not gotten uncomfortable & pushed into buying something. It was actually very chill, & I love that they spent the time to get us all through a new phone & setup, & Internet, & was chuffed with them to bits.

  Had an issue with my hot spot while out of town. We stopped in Clarksville Tn, at this Verizon store to ask a few questions. I was by far one of the best experience that I have ever had with Verizon. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain our bill, and what happened during the process of buying our new phones. That actually cause us to loose our hot spot. In just a few minutes he had the problem solved. And he restored our hot spot and had us on our way. Kobee went up and beyond for us.. Hang on to this young man his professionalism is top notch. He really deserves a 10 and a raise.

  Wow, I was completely impressed by the excellent service from the moment I walked into this store. I've been a customer of theirs for years, but I got married and wanted to add my husband to my plan. We spent more than two days trying to transfer my husband from AT&T because it was complicated, and both David and Carlyte were helping us resolve the problem from day one. Thanks to them and all the Verizon employees for their great service to me and my husband.

  The first woman I spoke with was awful. I asked for someone else. She sent the manager he completed the sale and getting my phone switched from the old to the new. But in the set up process he snapped my old SIM card. When I asked why he stated because the New Galaxy phones work off of eSIM cards. Ive had nothing but problems since. I usually reset my phone and all is well. Not this time. Im having to go back in an get a physical SIM card. I do NOT recommend this location they suck, they're rude, and they do not know what they're talking about.
