  Mary Ela - Store 131 not able or willing to provide service. Told us to talk to David Store #110 but the number she provided does not work. Instead of assisting a 10 year long customer she threatened to call cops. Training recommended for Mary Ela on customer service and overall knowledge of the products her store offers.Mahar also tried to explain. I-NUTQTW customer service complaint code.

  Love Cricket. And No contact and unlimited everything with 2 lines under $100 and includes the insurance with that price. Staff in the store are very helpful and friendly. Not so keen of the customer service when I call but I won't hold that against them at all. I love you can upgrade every 3 months. Not that I will but it's nice to know you can.
