- BSBrianah Summons2 days ago1.0I had been going to this store for a few years now, but the attitude of the older looking guy with an accent has made me decide not to anymore. Every time I have entered the store, he gives an annoyed vibe, doesn't greet me at all, and avoids helping me when I first walk in. On 4/9/26 around 5pm, I walked in and he looks straight at me, as he's doing nothing sitting behind the counter mind you, then proceeds to immediately get up to "help" the woman working next to him. He's done this maybe 3 or 4 times I've been, left me waiting quite a few minutes to be helped. I'm done dealing with his unprofessionalism and will be going to the next nearest store for better treatment of customers.

I not properly greeted and seemed to be irritated that had all my account information to bring my number from another carrier. She was not knowledgeable about the process and was implying that my phone was not unlocked from my previous carrier because I still owed on the device. The device in question was paid in full and verified with the previous carrier’s customer service. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!
