- BABetty Alan2 days ago1.0Don’t go here unless you want to be robbed for your money first. They told me X-rays were not worth their time for my pet. Offered a basic treatment plan for my pet and refused to work with me on payment options or split payments. A medical emergency no one plans for, to treat someone with so much disregard and wave their fears off because they didn’t “profit” from it. Don’t allow this place a second of your time. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They will not allow you to be with your pet while they do “treatment” either.

Despite it being an emergency clinic, I felt like the staff were very patient and compassionate, especially when it came to providing options for treatment and being transparent about the cost. There were also so many thoughtful details, like activity kits offered in the lobby, coffee and live plants everywhere. They even called to check in after our visit and sent a sympathy card when we ultimately had to put our sweet cat down. Despite a tragic ending, I was amazed by the way this staff helped us during such a hard time.
