Seems to be no point of making a appointment. Even with one still had to wait over 40 minutes past my appointment time. Even got skipped over for someone that showed up with a later appointment time than mine. Dont bother paying for the service plan. Just find somewhere else to get your device repaired

Jeremy is great at his job and did what he could working alone yesterday. It should have only been 60-90 minutes, but he had no help yesterday and it took 3 hours. Not his fault, but frustrating.

When you try to talk to a local person on the geek squad, even though I paid for that service, I get routed to another country, asked a lot of questions, and then get a hang up when they say they are transferring me. This has happened twice in a row so not a mistake.

I had an excellent experience with Geek Squad, thanks to Nekles. He took the time to carefully take apart my laptop and was able to extract all of my important files onto a flash drive. Despite a completely dead battery, he managed to get the laptop to power on just long enough to retrieve everything. His passion for IT really shows ~ he’s skilled, thorough, and genuinely cares about his work. I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise.

Made an appointment for a repair, no help after 20+ minutes, got sat down and waited another 20.
Now, I am calling MULTIPLE times to check on status of replacement. I’ve waited on hold for over an hour & never reached anyone in the store... it sounds as if they are picking up the call as soon as it rings and placing you on hold with no intention of answering. Super frustrating with the Horrible service
