Rescheduled delivery missed. No reason I guess they didn't feel like delivering it. So when I called instead of scheduling the next day they decided I would have to wait another six days. If you can't deliver it on a certain day. Then don't schedule it for that day.

Appointment was easy to make. I spoke to best buy tech support and made appointment for me. Liam Geek Squad tech is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and knows what he is doing. He made everything easy.

Just about every aspect of my experience here has been hell. I’ve now been 3 times to this location to fix a minor issue with my phone. They tried to order a replacement phone but apple wouldn’t let them- fair. I was told the replacement should take about 5 days, after waiting for over an hour for them to run diagnostics to see which part needed to be ordered. I make an appointment to come back at the end of the week, no part. Get a call 2 weeks later that it’s in so I make a new appointment, which happens to be black Friday. Go in on black Friday for them to tell me they aren’t doing repairs. I was told they called/left a message, I didn’t receive a call or have any messages. At this point i’m irritated so give it some time, I try to make an appointment online and none of the verifications are working, so I call to schedule an appointment and I can’t get ahold of anyone. At this point it’s been over a month and I’ve just about given up. The agents have been nice, but there is definitely a lack of coordination and communication. When I finally got it fixed they messed something up and my phone now won’t connect to my carplay….
