  *I could not contact the staff at the store via phone.* I live an hour from this location. I tried to call to check in store inventory before driving, and the phone number on this listing routed me to an AI agent who could not understand my request for the first 4 minutes of the call. It finally routed me to a human from a remote customer service location, not physically present at the store. I asked to speak to a human at the store, and was told the store staff do not accept phone calls from people who are trying to give them money. Bold strategy. Better luck with the next potential customer.

  The thing I ordered online took a moment to reach Best buy but it was a quick visit. I displayed my driver's license and my online purchase QR code within 10 minutes and was back out of the store*

  Went to buy a computer monitor drove 1 hour round trip and waited for an associate to help asked 3 tines for help said they would call some one to ring me up no one ever showed up after 50 minutes I left good luck finding help their

  Horrible store experience. Came in to buy a laptop and a Playstation 5. The salesman helping my wife was setting her up for a Best Buy card and then left to never return. Meanwhile I stood around the Playstation 5 area waiting and looking for someone.....ANYONE TO HELP ME.....and not a single salesperson made any effort at all. We left, drove over to Target and ended up buying the items there. If you can't recognize and help people, what good are you?

  I walked into Best Buy fully expecting to be ignored, confused by tech jargon, and somehow leave with a fax machine. Instead, I was ambushed by Tam and Daniel — two absolute professionals who clearly take customer service way too seriously. Tam had the audacity to actually listen to what I needed. Then, instead of upselling me a $900 “space-grade, NASA-approved” hard drive, he calmly guided me to the exact standard state hard drive my Xbox needed. No nonsense. No pressure. Just knowledge. Disgusting levels of competence. Daniel, meanwhile, decided to make the entire experience enjoyable. Not only did he help me pick out streaming equipment for my wife, but he also did it with a dangerously good sense of humor. I went in expecting a transaction. I left feeling like I’d just hung out with friends who also happen to know everything about electronics. Between the two of them, they: Answered every question. Didn’t make me feel dumb. Didn’t try to sell me a protection plan for my protection plan. And somehow made buying tech fun. Frankly, it’s unacceptable how efficient and enjoyable they made the process. If Best Buy keeps hiring people like this, I might actually start looking forward to errands. Tam and Daniel deserve raises, awards, and possibly their own sitcom. Would absolutely recommend. Would absolutely return. Would absolutely let them roast my lack of tech knowledge again. — A deeply satisfied (and slightly offended by their competence) customer 🎮📦
