  ⭐☆☆☆☆ — Do NOT shop here without verifying your receipt! I visited this Cricket Wireless location on Saturday afternoon to purchase an iPhone and was charged more than the advertised price. After I payed the sales rep said I wouldn’t be getting a paper receipt due to the printer not working and would instead get an email (email had no breakdown of the transaction only total cost of phone and taxes and fees) which I now believe was intentional. After reviewing my charges later, I discovered they had added a phone protection plan to my purchase WITHOUT my consent. When I returned to the store to have it removed, they told me they "couldn't" take it off — which is simply not true. This feels like a deliberate attempt to add charges hoping customers won't notice and probably getting a higher commission. I will be contacting Cricket Wireless corporate and disputing this charge. Extremely disappointing experience.

  i went to the store today and got helped by a nice lady to activate my hbo, the only thing is that i couldn’t stand the smell. the guy stunk really bad . it was a tall guy working besides her and I had to step away for a few minutes. at the end i had to go because i couldn’t take it anymore. good service but do something about hygiene please.

  Servicio al cliente muy bueno la manager ayuda muy bien pero el trabajador un hombre delgado que trabaja ahí muy mal servicio no quiere ayudar a nada. Mi esposa fue y el hombre olía un poco mal, esposa comenta que olía a marihuana y un olor fuerte como si no se hubiese bajado y su ropa sucia

  Says open but all doors are locked. Store hours say open til 8pm. We went there at 0400pm.
