    Bought a Galaxy S25 (ultra??) July 2025. While purchasing it the sales person recommended an Ultra Glass + Defense screen protector for $35. He said it was well worth the money because it had a lifetime guarantee; just bring it in the store, they'll look up the purchase on our account, and put a new one on for us. Sounds Great, right? Well, fast forward to today, April 2026..... my screen is cracked so my husband and I drove over an hour to Best Buy to get another screen. The salesperson today informs us that they no longer carry our screen protector because they stop whenever carrying them whenever Samsung comes out with an updated or new version of each cell phone. Wow. So we paid 3X the amount for a "lifetime" guarantee that lasts less than 9 months. Don't Buy Their Fake Lifetime Guarantee People! Fair Warning!

    If I could leave negative 100 stars I would. Took my sons car in for a car alarm and remote start at the Chattanooga location and they destroyed my sons car so bad it is now totaled and we will never get it back again. Went as far as to try and blame us for the problems. Has taken 6 weeks and the situation is still not resolved. Worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. Horrible treatment and horrible communication. Beware.

    We ordered a TV to be delivered by Best Buy. On the first scheduled day Steven cancelled because it was more than a one man delivery (never called and we had to call Customer service to figure out why it wasn’t delivered after waiting all day). On the next scheduled day, Conner did the exact same thing except he said it was a 4 man job and he only had 2 (again there was no call or communication). I am still not sure why 4 men are required to carry a 70 lb item and set it on someone’s doorstep. Finally, after waiting all day on the third attempt and speaking to Conner who had 4 men to deliver a 70lb item, delivery again failed and Conner decided to stop responding. We are beyond confused. Never use them for this. We have wasted 3 days over the last 6 weeks waiting for an Item we will never receive, Consider yourself warned.

    I bought a Samsung refrigerator in late 2021. It was a French door style and it was not cheap. I was told by the sales rep that it was a quality product and I was familiar with the name. A friend warned me not to buy it as they had problems with parts and service. I did not listen! In the fall on 2022, the ice maker failed. In early 2023 the ice maker failed again. This time when I contacted Samsung ( Best Buy only offered for me to deal with MFG. ) the service rep explained to me that they had fixed the faulty design and this next one would be the last one I would need, but because of my previous experience, he would note in my record that I had an extended warranty. THIS WAS A LIE! The ice maker has failed again and Samsung sent me to a service company in Georgia who advised me I would be responsible for all charges and they had a company fee of $99. The fridge has been a problem, ice maker leaking into fridge, freezing up, mildew problems inside the ice Shute and indoor water container. Doors don’t close well. My experience is Samsung is not a quality product or reliable company to deal with. I didn’t listen to my friend, I hope you will listen to me before buying a Samsung product.

    I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this company, and I feel like people should know. I’ve been a loyal customer with the yearly total coverage membership and have purchased multiple items from them over time. Recently, I went in to buy a refrigerator and was sold a scratch-and-dent model. I was told the only issue was cosmetic. When it was delivered and installed, the team rushed out. Once I went to turn it on, I realized the screen was broken. I contacted the company, and they said they would come fix it, but after paying nearly $2,000, that was already unacceptable. I went back to the store to request an exchange. They initially told me it would cost an additional $200. I asked for that to be waived given the situation, especially since my family would be without a refrigerator for days, and it was waived. The replacement refrigerator they brought was in even worse condition. At that point, they suggested fixing the original one instead. After two weeks of delays, canceled appointments, and multiple calls with no real resolution, despite explaining how this was impacting my household, they replaced the door. Even then, they initially misdiagnosed the issue. The screen worked, but they hadn’t checked the compressor, which turned out to be turned off. After further troubleshooting, the refrigerator now seems to be working. However, throughout this entire process: • There was no urgency despite the situation • Appointments were canceled without proper resolution • There has been zero follow-up • No compensation or accountability was offered To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted another replacement, it would now cost $500 more. This experience has been disappointing, exhausting, and far below the level of service I expected as a loyal customer.
