  I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Cricket Wireless location in Brownsville, TN. I purchased an iPhone 13 from this store on February 20th. Within just a few days the phone developed a defect — a pink line running through the screen. I attempted to return or exchange the phone multiple times before the 7-day return window ended. Each time I came in, the employee refused to help and told me I needed to wait for a manager. I was even told to come back at a certain time because the employee said her daughter had to pick up her grandson. There was literally a child sitting behind the service desk while customers were being turned away. When I returned on February 27th, which was the 7th day, they refused to exchange the phone and incorrectly claimed my return window had already passed because they counted the purchase date as day one. I contacted other Cricket representatives who confirmed that the policy was applied incorrectly by this store. Because they refused to help me earlier, I am now stuck with a defective phone that I paid for. This store is extremely unprofessional and does not appear to follow company policy. I will be escalating this issue to **Cricket Wireless corporate and filing formal complaints. Customers should be very cautious doing business at this location.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Cricket Wireless location. I was even told to come back at a specific time because the employee said her daughter had to pick up her grandson and she could not help me. There was literally a child sitting at the work desk in the store while customers were being turned away. When I returned on February 27th (which was the 7th day after purchase), the store refused to exchange my defective phone and incorrectly told me the return period had already passed because they counted the purchase date as day one. I contacted other Cricket representatives who confirmed that the policy had been applied incorrectly. Because of the store’s refusal to help during the correct return window, I am now stuck with a defective phone that I paid for. This store is extremely unprofessional and clearly does not follow company policy. I will be escalating this issue to corporate and filing formal complaints. Customers should be very cautious about doing business at this location.
