  The manager refused service to my husband and I but wouldn't give a reason why. I believe she may be prejudicious due to us being white and we were the only people she was rude to. We were simply trying to purchase a new phone. We stood in line and within 5 seconds of us making it to the counter she refused to offer us service.

  I had a great experience at this Cricket store! The employees was very helpful and patient while answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. The store itself had a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went, definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store!
