Best Buy really needs to do better. I don’t think there’s been a time that I have gone in to purchase a phone, that they had it available.
One would think that if you have that much foot traffic you’d act proactively to purchase more items.
We need more consumer electronic stores in Saskatoon really.

2.5 year old Sony TV stopped working out of the blue. Best Buy won't repair the products they sell. Don't bother with this company, I won't be anymore.

That AI that answers the phone warranted this 1 star review, absolutely horrible
Edit: the contact us AI is next to useless as well, can’t have customer service if you don’t hire people to serve customers.

Absolutely the worst management I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Came in for a price match, was told no, they walked away and didnt even try to assist us with finding a replacement for my electronics. If I could rate it 0 I would. Never again.
