    Customer service here is honestly a joke. I posted a review earlier and was told to contact you, which I did. I was told the store manager would reach out to me—still nothing. Great managerial skills, considering it clearly shows how little you care about your customers. Without customers, you don’t have a business. And in today’s world, negative experiences spread fast. You’re risking losing even more profit if nothing improves. I work as a General Manager, and my number one priority is guest satisfaction. If someone isn’t happy, we figure out what went wrong and fix it. Do you guys need help with that? Because right now, it seriously looks like you do. At this point, it feels like you’re hoping customers will just give up instead of actually resolving the issue. That’s not customer service—that’s avoidance. If you want people to trust your business, start by following through on your own promises. Honestly, if your goal was to show customers how little their concerns matter, you’re doing an amazing job. Maybe try surprising people and actually responding next time

    Fraudulent attitude of Best Buy Order was placed on Oct 25 and promised to deliver on 5 November by online website. Nothing received so far and no accountability for their actions, no items received and when Called customer service experienced very poor, discriminating and disrespectful behaviour by Best Buy team. Highly disappointing. If not sorted immediately I will be reaching to small claim court and business bureau to action against the fraudulent activity by Best Buy #fraudulent @everyone @admin @fellows

    Staff are friendly But when I went to get a new screen for my iPad they won't repair so a warranty is no good. They sell ipads but warranty is worthless. I won't bother to buy anything from them anymore and will shop at another store. No more Best Buy. This is what customer service is like. They should be a shame since they won't stand behind what they sell.
