- AMArun Mohan4 days ago1.0I had a really frustrating experience with Best Buy. I ordered a phone online for my friend and went to pick it up, but it wasn’t even ready when I got there. What made it worse was the staff—they weren’t helpful at all and didn’t really care to explain what was going on. It just felt like a waste of time. Honestly, I wouldn’t go through this again or recommend it to anyone.

Thanks to him, I found the perfect laptop. Raafat is a real asset to the store and provided outstanding customer service!
