  I was facing problems with my bell network so i visit this store then i met with kiran at store, she helped me for technical error for couple of hours without any hesitation. Really she is very nice, polite and helpful in this store.

  I was served by RJ during my visit. He was quite helpful , helped me save money and he is quite skilled at his job. I would recommend a visit here.

  Kiran is an exceptional sales Rep at Bell shop Southland Mall. I was heading to Rogers and after speaking with her, I was convinced to get a plan and device for myself and my wife. I have also taken upon myself to refer all my friends and family to Kiran.

  I had an amazing experience at best but express at Southland mall people are very nice and the service is good, I have nothing against it, but when signing the contract in December for a upgrade my phone Nikhilkumar offered me a deal: Netflix, Crave, Disney for $15 a month for two years, so I agreed. I got the first bill in January and saw $22. I called the bell and they told me that the consultant told me wrong and it is not true and the amount is $22. Okay then so next bill came in February and now I have to pay $33 so I called the bell again and they told me I was on a promotion until the end of January and now is $33 monthly. I'm very disappointed with that.

  I went in there to buy a computer and a set of good headphones and I got helpped for about two minutes before he Ditch me to go help this female. We are in the middle of a conversation and I was asking questions and proceeded to help other customers after he helped the attractive female as I stood there and waited. He would not make eye contact with me whatsoever and ignored me. I waited and paced and then he asked does anybody else need help and I said I still want a computer. He wouldn’t answer any questions, but I still did buy one And I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in there buying other stuff I’m extremely disappointed. In my opinion, he was in his coworkers are racist. I go to the one at Southland because it’s convenient, but I’m always asked about changing cell phone And they don’t take no for answer, It actually continued to argue with me when I was in there buying a fire stick when I said multiple times I’m not interested. I’m not switching. I went to the Northgate one today two great people work and they’re awesome. Very helpful and friendly make the drive. It’s worth it.
