    Kshama really delivered exceptional customer service. She was able to come up with alternative to solve my Problem. When I went to other location , the staff there was very brief and they did not really know what they were doing. Highly recommend to go to this location where the staff knows what they’re doing!!!

    It is now January 12, 2026 and this store has still refused to provide even a basic acknowledgement. I have escalated this issue five separate times to Best Buy Canada, and I have now filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The fact that this location would take money from a vulnerable senior on a fixed income, and then ignore every attempt to resolve it, is outrageous. This is not a simple oversight. It is a complete failure of ethics, accountability, and basic customer care. Shoppers deserve honesty and respect. Do better. _____________________________________________________________ Best Buy Express has failed to resolve a serious issue involving my mother-in-law being sold an iPad 6 that was advertised as an iPad 10 (see below). Despite multiple attempts to address this, there has been no accountability or corrective action. This misleading practice reflects poorly on the company’s integrity and leaves us deeply disappointed. Until such time as there is any form of resolution, I would strongly recommend avoiding shopping at this store. _________________________________________________________ As documented in the December 2nd review and another posted two months prior, this Best Buy Express location has been linked to fraudulent activity occurring around the same time our elderly relative was scammed. This pattern strongly suggests that vulnerable individuals are being deliberately targeted, and the store is being allowed to get away with it. It has now been three weeks, during which we have been assigned three separate case numbers and made three personal calls/visits to this store. Despite these efforts, there has been no response whatsoever from the store owner, manager or Best Buy Corporate. To make matters worse, every attempt to follow up is met with being redirected to a virtual agent, told our case is being “escalated,” and promised that the Best Buy Regional Manager for Saskatchewan and Manitoba will call us back. Yet, there has been nothing - no communication, no accountability, no resolution. This silence is unacceptable. We demand clear answers: • Why has there been no communication or resolution after multiple documented attempts? • What steps are being taken to investigate and stop fraudulent practices at this location? • Why are customers being misled with empty promises of escalation and managerial follow-up? • When will Best Buy Corporate acknowledge responsibility and provide restitution to the victims? Until these questions are addressed, this store’s conduct reflects not only negligence but complicity in defrauding vulnerable persons.

    I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of this store. My elderly mother was defrauded during a recent transaction, and despite bringing this serious matter to their attention, I am still waiting for a proper response. Taking advantage of seniors is unacceptable, and I expect this business to address the situation promptly and transparently. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. ________________________________________________________ This Best Buy store sold my vulnerable 86 year old mother an iPad 10, clearly detailed on both the box and receipt. However, when she was unable to get it working and I checked three weeks later, we discovered she had actually been given an iPad 6 (white with a rose gold back). The fraud became evident when the device proved incompatible with Netflix, exposing that she had not received the product she paid for. When I immediately returned to the store, management refused to accept responsibility or issue a refund. They will no longer speak with me on this matter. I have since filed a formal complaint with Best Buy Canada Corporate and have further escalated this matter by filing complaints with additional fraud and consumer protection agencies. Consumers deserve honesty and accountability, and this experience has been profoundly disappointing and unacceptable, particularly given the way my elderly mother was taken advantage of.
