I had a $100 gift card, and an employee named ANKIT scratched it so hard that the PIN number was DAMAGED and removed, making the gift card unusable. When employee FEECHI handled the issue, he was told to contact Best Buy, but nothing was resolved. At this point, it feels like my money has been robbed. This situation reasonably appears to be either a SCAM or a FORM OF THEFT, as no one is taking responsibility or offering a solution. ANKIT, who caused the damage, did not even apologize!!! This is completely unacceptable.

Went in for computer parts to upgrade my computer. With the way the employees watched and followed me you’d think I was going to start stealing. They even came up beside me watching, when I noticed and looked their way, they acted like they were there to check on some boxes, I went to go look inside those boxes with them. The boxes had nothing in them… wasn’t for about 15 mins that someone came up to ask me if I needed anything after scanning your QR codes for said 15 mins, asked if there were any CPU’s as I didn’t see any. I was then told they don’t have any on display. I replied “Ok well would you be able to check for this one?” sorry sir it’ll take a while as we have a warehouse and we don’t put them on display. And proceeded to stand and stare again. I just wanted computer parts for upgrades. Not this whole clown show. definitely not shopping here anymore.
P.S Anyone shopping for computer parts check out memory express. They’ve got a great selection and reasonable to great prices. (My friend told me about the site after ranting to him about this)

I recently purchased an iPhone 17 and Boss headphones from the Bestbuy store located in East of Regina. I am satisfied with the customer service despite the fact that I undertook the purchase on Black Friday.
The store was busy but there were several customer assistants to help us. Store was clean and products were displayed well. Payment was quick and smooth. The store also offered me a Gift card worth $250 along with a great deal on my iPhone. Though Costco had a similar deal but had a wait time of 2 hours just to communicate with a sales representative. I was informed to visit later if I wanted them to put a free screen guard on my phone as their staff was busy in sales on Black Friday. I visited a week later and the staff replaced my screen guard also for free as it has minor scratches.
We have previously purchased a Sony TV about 3 years ago from this store and it works great till date.
Both my experiences were good at BestBuy Regina and. I will recommend everyone to visit here :)

If at all These reviews are read by the "real" leaders of this store. Some one may reply with some good defence as I wont be able to reply that. This is my only opportunity to write.
I had to cancel Christmas lunch because of the old appliances not picked up. Nov 28th we made the purchase and asked for a delivery after dec6th. They had no time untill Dec12th wow ! & the mechanic team doesn't work weekends so installation on dec 15th. The very day evening we walked back to store as instructed to confirm that the appliances are installed & old one are ready to be picked up. We were told 1-2 busness days & now it is post Christmas. Imagine having a messy home while your friends come over for lunch. Cyber friday this year this store gave me a worst experience that i will remember as long as there are appliances in life. With a sales guy screaming at me to buy what ever he says & literally standing so close that his saliva spills all over. The single star I gave is for the Store Manager who honored the false sales pitch given by his teammates & making sure my sale is taken care by another capable managers like Shourya, Akash Sharma & another person sorry I dont remember name.
Last time I brought a laptop, Tej & another person waited after their shift time for me to get another credit card.
I dont understand why & how the culture is switching to screaming sales guys & irrated customer. Unless the customer is upset things dont move !

Terribly frustrating experience.
There are so many employees, somehow they're are all busy in groups of employees, standing in one spot or walking around together. I had to break up a group who were standing in a corner, just to get some help.
I went there for a specific dashcam which the website showed that it was in stock. Spoke to an associate who confirmed that it was in stock but he couldn't find it. He submitted a request to the warehouse, they said they would deliver the item to the counter in a few minutes.
5 minutes later I received a text saying that the order was cancelled.
I went up to the counter, they said that the warehouse cannot find the item so they cancelled my pick up. No call, no reason on the text, simply " your order has been cancelled"
The person at the counter just brushed me off and said there was nothing they could do.
In frustration I decided to pay for the items I had, to find 2 employees at empty tills, having such a deep conversation that they didnt see 2 people standing right in front of them. Another till worker had to call them and ask them to help as they were already busy with a customer.
I wouldnt waste my time going to this store again.
Very disappointing.
