No one could figure out why. Spent 4 hours at the store and three separate people couldn't figure it out. How could a tech retailer suck so bad at online shopping. So horribly frustrating. In the end was told it cannot be purchased online. So why was it available on the online store?!?!

After showing the employee they were miss priced and also multiple other ones they only offer $10 off.... very disappointing will definitely find other places to spend my money!!!

The staff always seems unsure about whether they have items in stock, and the information they provide is often inaccurate. They struggle to look up products by specifications, and, to make matters worse, they're frequently out of stock on nearly everything. Trying to buy a laptop from this location has been incredibly frustrating. Honestly, I’d rather drive to Saskatoon and avoid this hassle altogether. For a tech product store I would expect the staff to be technically literate, however most of them Are not.
