  I came in with purpose of purchasing some replacement batteries for an AirTag and another device. I got the hard sell on WHOM my cell phone provider was. I was very unimpressed with this approach. I would hope that the management curtails this hard sell by the staff going forward. I honestly could have gotten the batteries at Shoppers Drug Mart and not been harassed.

  Went to Best buy for laptop. Gareema who is a sales executive at Cornwall mall, helped me a lot by explaining everything about the chromebook. Can't thank her enough for her patience and passion to her job. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Gareema.

  The sales team has shown immense dedication. I would mention Syed Rahman is an soft spoken welcoming & excellent sales personnel. He added to our best memories buying phone. I appreciate him and his team who was friendly & Mr.Bhavin and the girl & helpful was warm too. Good job well done!
