Dear Francis, your attitude towards customers is appalling. Impatient and being rude is no way to treat a customer. It doesn’t matter if we are only buying a memory stick. Give customers enough time to pull amount the entire amount of cash they choose to pay with. Francis you’re not the greatest customer service rep. Maybe some retraining on how to be polite to customers is in order.

I went into Best Buy to purchase an Apple Watch and asked if they would price match since I found a lower price at a competitor. The salesperson originally said yes, as that’s their policy, but mentioned he’d need a manager to approve it. When the manager came over, he looked at the competitor’s price and told me they wouldn’t match it, and that I should just go to the other store and buy it there. I was really disappointed with this experience. If Best Buy advertises a price-match policy, it should be honored instead of leaving customers feeling brushed off. I ended up walking away and buying from the competitor.
