- SSShannonFeb 26, 20261.0Tbh, If I could do a zero- star review I would. I made an online order for washer, stove and microwave. Quick and easy. My order was ready within an hour of completing. My husband went to pick up the appliances and was told that he would have to load these items on his own. There is no ramp at the front of the store where my husband was told to go. When I was making the online purchase there was an option to have the items delivered for same day, however when my husband requested to go to a loading dock the store person refused. Since there's an option to have same day delivery then I would assume there would be a loading dock and people to load these items? My husband also said that whoever the store person was that he was dealing with was rude and arguing with him. Needless to say, our order was cancelled and we will be buying elsewhere. Edited to add- spoke with manager on duty- store policy is to not assist with loading of products AND they contract delivery out as their loading dock is meant for semi trucks...none of this is mentioned on the website. Also, on the website it clearly states that payment is not processed until items are picked up, however, my payment was processed (even tho the items did not leave the store) so now my non-purchase is being treated as a return and I need to wait 3-5 days before the payment is in my account.

Give customers enough time to pull amount the entire amount of cash they choose to pay with. Francis you’re not the greatest customer service rep. Maybe some retraining on how to be polite to customers is in order.
