They will also add a screen protector and case for half the price of a new phone at $260. The let's add the protection plan, Google ai, and whatever else they could upsell to an 18 year old. He may be 18, but not the account holder. This was done without account holder consent. One chance at trust, and sorry you lost it all. Never again. Ill drive 2 hours one way to get a replacement to him next time.
