- AAAustin AkerstromOct 31, 20251.0I had appointment with these guys for 3:30 pm got there early at 3:23 expecting to wait was there for 45 minutes without being acknowledge besides when I first got there saying it would only be a couple minutes, I have been fighting with Verizon for over a year now giving them multiple chances to correct there crap phone they got me (keep in mind they sent me this phone thats verizon certified and they had already sent me 4 broken phones) ive spent over 10 hrs on the phone trying to get them to correct there crap phone I even offered to resign up on a new contract just to get another phone that actually works correctly and they dont want to do that. Perfect example of a company that doesnt stand behind there product and will sell you all these warranties that wont work for you. Stay completely away from verizon and there inflated prices no wonder why there dying off to boost mobile for 25 a month. Thanks to there complete negligence and there complete incompetence ill be swapping my entire company 3000 plus employees all company paid phones through verizon thats on there wonderful plan over to something else. Appricate the headache. I will also be advertising to drop verizon to everyone i meet and know and telling them about your competition and a better priced plans for the same if not better coverage.
