Michael made the entire experience easy to understand and met all of our needs. I’ve recommended the Spearfish Verizon store and Michael to multiple friends. During our time in the store we became aware of other customers waiting for help and there were only two sales representatives. Multiple customers left since there was no one to help them. I came to understand more sales representatives are on the way! My personal experience was absolutely amazing and Michael is great at what he does!
- BEBrian EngelmannNov 7, 20251.0The worst service ever, no acknowledgment, patiently waited to be helped, after waiting for an hour we’re told we can’t pick up our phone because Ted and Theodore are two different names (yea, but not really) worked it out with Verizon over the phone, got names changed, returned to the store, said they still couldn’t provide us with the phone and we’d have to call Verizon (just did) after growing impatient with their incompetence and lack of help they called to have police escort a member of our party out of the store. We’ve been on Verizon for years, but I’m expecting to change that soon. Would avoid this store and the company like the plague.
