    Extremely disappointing experience. When this was Cell Only, this place had phenomenal service. Since becoming Russell Cellular, it has seriously deteriorated in terms of service. We went in with a pre-booked appointment online. Only 1 other customer in the store. We sat and waited for 30 mins, before someone said "we will be with you shortly" without apology. 20 minutes later we were attended to. We traded in a broken phone. We got a new phone and were told to bring in the old phone within 30 days. 2 days later I brought the broken phone in, and was told it could not be returned until "Find My Iphone" was taken off. I did that. Find my iphone gave me a weird message so I called Verizon HQ. I was informed that without telling me, Russell Cellular had removed my trade in from the account and that I was going to get billed for the entire phone. Verizon took care of me on the phone, and really helped me out by reinstating some discounts. The poor service at Russell Cellular, and the idea that they would remove my trade in do that without mentioning it at all to me is a stark contrast to the great service previously provided at this store. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years, and loyal to this store for 8 years, but will not be going back. Thank you Verizon and Cell Only Thank you for nothing Russell Cellular!
