My Dad and I had a horrible experience working with this Verizon store. We went in 2 weeks ago when they were running a special. We were helped by a lady named Sara S. That day we paid $800 to pay off our new phones so that we would not have a monthly device payment. A week after, we received a bill in the mail for a significant amount more than what we were quoted. My Dad went in to speak with them about what all the extra charges were. He waited over an hour to be helped. After speaking with Sara S again, we were able to get some of the extra charges removed. She insisted though that the $800 that we paid was to pay off our old phones. For some context, my phone is over 5 years old and long paid off. My Dad’s phone was also 5+ years old and long paid off. He tried to tell her this and explain that we were under the impression that the $800 we had paid was for the new phones but she had insisted on it being for our old phones. She offered to give us some credit if I brought my old phone in for trade in. I went in later that day. I had to wait an hour to be helped as well. There was another gentleman that was working and he had helped several of us that were waiting in the same time period that Sara S helped one lady who the majority of the time they were chatting about tattoos and life when there was myself, another family, and two other ladies waiting to be helped. There was also several other people that had come in and walked out because of how busy it was. This Sara either didn’t care about helping the others out or was oblivious to it all. Thankfully we were helped by the gentleman that was working. I didn’t catch his name but he was very polite and explained and clarified things well. It’s unfortunate that he had to clean up her mess, and when he had a question for her about our situation, she snapped at us. For an employee in a customer service position, this is unacceptable behavior. She messed up on the upgrade with my phone, so not only did we pay all that money to try and avoid a monthly device payment, now we still ended up with one because she messed up and did not own up to it. She also failed to mention at our initial visit that my old phone was needed to trade in for what we were quoted. Her exact words that day were “You can do what you want with it. Try and sell it. It might have some value.” Turns out it had a $600 value that was needed for what we were quoted. Long story short, if I have to return to this particular Verizon store, I will wait the extra time to be helped by someone else.

Went into this store where I had purchased an iPhone and a protective glass that had a lifetime On November 18 of last year. I brought my phone in to get a replacement protective glass this morning and the two staff members that were there could not even find that I had purchased a protective glass or even an iPhone last year so I would recommend not going to that store if you’re thinking of purchasing a protective glass when you purchase a Verizon phone.

The customer service I received at this particular store was poor. Phone calls made staff did not address the question adequately. Going into the store customer service again was poor! It seemed the workers did not assist each other or “their” customers with only attitude. I will not ever return to this Verizon store

The male worker was unbelievably rude, condescending and should absolutely NOT be an acceptable standard for a representative of Verizon. Not only did this store not solve the problem they said they did, requiring my revisit, but there was no apology or assistance to fix it. Call corporate was the response. What a jerk.

Terrible experience! I had bought a new iPhone at this site a year ago. They were amazing and very helpful. I had bought a screen protector and was told as long as I kept my receipt and the box, there was a lifetime warranty on the screen protector. I needed a new one so went in with my receipt and box. The woman who "greeted" us was abrupt and acted like she was doing us a favor to wait on us. She informed me that I did not have a warranty on the protector because it had never been registered. I told her I had never been informed of that and then she said they do it for you in the store, but apparently no one had. There was no "let me see what I can do for you" or "I think we can help you". Just nope....can't do it. I will never deal with this store again. We ended up over at Best Buy and they were happy to help me.
