    Poor customer service. Severe lack of knowledge by all employees. Cost myself and family members time and additional expenses due to employees lack of knowledge. The employee that initially helped tried later to lie about not giving a trade in value for an old phone when came to turn it in. Another staff member was able to get it applied anyways but for them to lie to my face like that was inappropriate. Overall a very inexperienced group of individuals that act inconvenienced to do their job. One star is generous. If wasn’t for myself and my family putting in extra effort by making phone calls, going to Best Buy, and investigating more we’d be stuck with a mess. Unfortunate we can’t be reimbursed for that even though we got charged by them to do an incomplete job. 11/3/25: Follow up on review. No response from Verizon after submitting information as requested. Very disappointing and frustrated with their service. Extremely incompetent group. Follow up complaints will be sent to corporate.

    We have spent 10+ hours in store trying to work with people at this Verizon store to get our bill to the correct amount. Three months later, they are refusing to fix the bill despite acknowledging that they agreed on the price per line. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking for cell phone service do business ELSEWHERE. Once we mentioned breach of contract, they refused to continue discussing this problem with us.

    Would rate Zero stars if that was an option. My mom was a Verizon customer until she passed in Sept of this year. She lived in Iowa. I called the corporate customer service on how to cancel her phone and internet and return her equipment. They told me to take a copy of death certificate to corporate store in SF, where I live, and they would disconnect services and then the equipment could be returned in Iowa and also that service would be suspended until I could get this done. It has been 1 week, I went to this store with the death certificate and they told me they cannot disconnect the services without the equipment, which is in Iowa, and that the phone corporate did not do anything with the account. The lady there said she suspended services, but how am I supposed to trust that? My mom just passed away unexpectedly and this has been the hardest company to work with. They DO NOT CARE! My family canceled verizon years ago and we couldn't be happier, and have had no issues, with our current provider of Mint.

    Went to adress issues with my bill and was told the wait was 45min. I waited for an hour only to have two employees say to each othet that they did not want to deal with my issue. Due to this I am switching to t-mobil as they will actually help customers this next week. They have lost a customer after one month of service.
