    Employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of both the products and best plans available for getting my parents under my plan. I was prepared for an entire afternoon at this store but getting my parents set up, new phones, and a basic understanding of what they were committing to took about an hour. Amy was absolutely phenomenal to work with, can't say enough great things about my experience.

    Worst experience with a company I have ever had . When I walk into the store at this location wait times are extremely long and unpleasant! First and will be the last time I bother with Verizon . I’ve been waiting in store for over an Hr JUST TO PAY A BILL because the option to pay online isn’t available. When I checked in my name was removed from the wait list as well so others who came in after me were assisted.Instead of paying the bill im at the point of asking for disconnection of service because why the hell is Verizon so complicated with SIMPLE THINGS ?! Yeah helll nah !

    Not a happy 20 plus year customer!!! About a month ago my husband and I went into our local Brandon store to upgrade our phones. The Manger Ryan was there from the Brooking store. We inquired on changing from a Consumer account to a Buisness account. Ryan contacted a different manager DQ which gave us a quote. DQ told us how easy of a transition it would be. We began the switch over which turned into a nightmare! None of the information they were given was put in the correct areas on the application, they entered in EIN # as Social security #s which then caused Red Flags and much more....we then told DQ we just want our Consumer account back this is becoming a hassle...he insisted he had it all taken care of and the service would be switch to a Buisness account on Dec.6th. We'll, the 6th came and our phones are off completely due to the FRAUD THEY ENTERED!!!! Sent Ryan a message on Saturday from my sons pay as you go phone....asking what was going on, he couldn't answer, didn't even respond, customer service kept telling me its all fraud they can't unsuspend our lines. Now these 2 Managers have known about all these issues THEY have caused and here we set still no active phone. Went in to the store on Monday after work....still nothing still NOTHING TODAY.... no answers no unsuspened #s to move back to our Consumer account....our original info from the last 20 years is completely deleted as if we were never 20 year customers. My husband owns a company and we need our lines working. They have caused so many issues.
