    Horrible service. Came in an hour and 20 minutes before closing, signed in stood there for 30 minutes before the "manager" named "jesse" told us he would not help us, Because it takes too long to do any upgrades. And apparently doesn't want to work past closing time... he seemed very lazy. Called and made formal complaint with Verizon customer service, then drove down the road to another store at the mall and were welcomed in and helped immediately. Skip this store at all costs...

    Worst customer service they make it super hard to give them back their own equipment. They send you to collections way before the date that they tell you and then you have to take rental equipment to a certain store or else they can’t give you a receipt for it make that make sense.

    Don’t bother. Nobody will help you unless you are buying 5 new phones with a post pay plan at $400 a month. 6 employees were sitting at a table, one other customer in the store, but we still had to check in and wait. Verizon shouldn’t sell prepay if the only support they offer for it is to buy a new phone when the plan isn’t working. Unbelievable a business can operate like this in 2026.

    5 Stars - Gage & Jason are EXCEPTIONAL I need to give massive credit to Gage and Jason - these two absolutely saved the day and restored my faith in customer service. When I first started this process, I was completely lost. The promotion seemed impossible to navigate, the requirements were confusing, and I'd already been passed around multiple times with no real answers. I was frustrated, exhausted, and honestly ready to just walk away from the whole thing. Then Gage and Jason stepped in. These two didn't just help me - they became my advocates. They tag-teamed the entire situation, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. When one hit a roadblock, the other found a solution. They explained every confusing detail, fought through the backend complications, and refused to give up even when the process got ridiculously difficult. What impressed me most wasn't just their knowledge (though they clearly knew their stuff) - it was their genuine commitment to making this work. They could have easily passed me off or given me the runaround like others did. Instead, they took ownership, stayed patient, and saw it through to the end. Thanks to Gage and Jason, what should have been an absolute nightmare turned into a success story. These two deserve serious recognition - raises, promotions, whatever Verizon gives for going above and beyond. If you need help with anything complicated, find Gage and Jason. They're the real deal.
