    Jake at Verizon went above and beyond to help us secure new phones. My husband had dropped his. Jake did what he could but was not able to transfer all the data. He did give us advise regarding steps to take at home. It worked! We are set up now thanks to Jake!

    When I returned to pick up my new phone data transfer was incomplete. Had to return 35 miles to store as the phone number goes directly to Verizon. Was told I wasn't signed in to Google and he fixed that and said would be done in 20 minutes, no need to wait around. Never finished. Spent an hour on Verizon tech line to finish. Then found out by a text from Verizon that I was signed up for a device protection plan that we specifically requested not to have. I was assured that I had not purchased the extended warranty. Had to wait over an hour on hold to talk to Verizon. Should have gone to Best Buy.

    Ty!!!! My go to guy everytime, informative, knows what he's talking about, always helping to get the best deals to fit my needs. Nextly while I was in there today getting ALOT of things (he assisted to get everything set up correctly, transfers, & accessories) Ty helped many other customers, (whom came in to request just him) to look into something or to follow up from a previous visit from the store. Seriously, it feels good to be a customer who is remembered, known by name, and recall the details of our previous visits. Makes things easier. About 2 months ago, I had a family emergency (my mom lost her phone in a house fire in Wyoming) Ty was able to get me hooked up with a new phone and all the pieces she would need. And I was on my way. Seriously life saver!

    I received superb service from the TY at this location today. I did feel sorry that the staff have to work with the rude, noisy and obviously very angry contractor doing the store remodel. If I knew this contractor’s name or that of his company, I would include it here, and would never bring him into my business. I hope the remodel goes quickly and none of the staff quit because of this negative and unprofessional work environment. Thank you TY and your coworkers for continuing to greet and serve customers with a smile.
