    Went into ask about switching from AT&T to Verizon and we where told about all the special deals and then told we would get 2300 in promotional money off our bill after 2 paid months, so we signed up and ordered phone and now we are 4 months in and still haven’t t received any discounts on bill or anything l, I have tried to contact Keegan the guy we dealt with and his manager DQ and haven’t received and text or phone call back, this is poor communication and poor customer service, I wish I would have just stayed with AT&T and saved the headache, and frustration, I would not recommend this store and definitely not recommend Keegan or DQ as both have failed in my book!!!!!

    Transferred our service over and were told we were recieveing $2500 in rebates and and now nothing and they won’t answer and just keep giving us the run around worst service ever don’t trust them with your service or money

    I cannot recommend this place enough! Specifically the Assistant Manager Ty! I broke my phone on a Saturday and had gone to a different location for help on the Sunday. Eventually ended up going to this location and Ty was able to look at my account and see that lots of things had not been done correctly. He gave me some suggestions and I was able to come in on Monday and he got me set up on a business account and fixed pretty much everything on our devices and got my husband a new watch and WiFi as well! He stayed later than he was supposed to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be and went through everything with us multiple times to make sure everyone knew what was going on. He was able to turn a super unfortunate circumstance into a really great outcome by going over and beyond for us! Will not go anywhere else! And thanks again so much Ty!

    I would not recommend this location. They completely changed our original plan, and our bill increased by nearly $300. Each time we return to have the issue resolved, we are told it has been “fixed,” but the problem continues and we are still being charged incorrectly. This has been ongoing for over two months. Before visiting this store, I was a Verizon customer for three years without any issues, so this experience has been especially disappointing.
