Sara figured out what was wrong with it right away and the store manager even purchased a new SIM card for me so I could walk out with a working phone. Hizmo is so amazing for paying it forward!! I am truly thankful for both of them for being so nice and making it more than just a great experience 💕🙌🙏

I went back into the store to buy an iPhone and she was kind enough to sit down with me and ask me what I didn't like about the Samsung. I explained that I was very frustrated because I couldn't figure out anything on it. She was so sweet and took the time to go over everything with me. Changed settings to make it easier for me to understand. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! Make sure you ask for Sara!
