    Tried calling the store to see if they had an item in stock and stupid automated answer system won't let me through to talk to a live person. After 3 attempted calls, I'm done with Best Buy. For brick and mortar stores customer service is EVERYTHING. Best Buy has been working towards becoming Circut City for the last 5 years. Finally made it for this former customer.

    I recently visited Best Buy to purchase Meta Gen 2 glasses. The first employee who helped us, knew absolutely nothing about the product. After that, I noticed the ones I had were green lenses and I wanted clear. The second employee was helpful, however they were out of gen 2 with clear lenses. So we decided to order them and paid for 2 day shipping to get them. I have now received a notification the shipping is delayed and I can't get a refund for the shipping. I can't even cancel the order.
