I purchased a remote car starter with installation included. Only to find out the store in Sioux Falls SD can’t install the product. Closest installation facility is 100 miles away. That would mean 3 hours driving round trip plus installation time. Trying to get help from Best Buy’s customer service is a joke 1st it’s call bots, then I had to talk to 4 different customer service reps. Very frustrating .

I've gone there on a few occasions. I ordered a smart watch online, and the pickup was easy. Though I went in store for a case and screen protector/camera protector for my Pixel 10 Pro. They had only a few cases, and only 1 option for a screen protector. Absolutely no camera protectors in store. So overall, good. But could be better with options. Had so many accessories for iPhones. Almost none for Google phones.

Shout out to Jacob in the cellphone department. I recently lost my phone to theft and needed to quickly replace it while deactivating my old phone. He was kind, respectful and patient! While my experience at BestBuy took a couple hours (to no one’s fault) Jacob was more than willing to assist with my needs.
